Lion Sun Clothing was born from a deep love of Iranian culture and a commitment to amplifying the voices of the Iranian people during one of the most challenging periods in modern history.

 

Iran is a nation of over 90 million people, rich in heritage, art, poetry and resilience, yet in recent years millions have taken to the streets in repeated waves of protest against systemic repression, economic hardship and a regime that has responded with violence, mass arrests, internet blackouts and widespread human rights abuses in an attempt to silence dissent and maintain control.

 

Independent reports indicate that security forces have killed thousands of civilians, detained tens of thousands more, enforced disappearances and imposed one of the most severe information blackouts in the world, denying families any news of loved ones and suppressing basic freedoms of expression and assembly. Lion Sun Clothing stands with those who continue to call for freedom, dignity and justice, drawing inspiration from symbols like the Lion and Sun that have represented courage and identity throughout Iran’s history.
